We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is broken, damaged in transit, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at wxcheese@gmail.com with a photo, and we will make it right (Reship or Refund).
How to Start a Return
To start a return, you can contact us at wxcheese@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.
