We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In the same condition that you received it (unworn and unused).
In its original packaging (box and pouch).

Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards.
Items purchased on "Final Sale".
Products where the issue is a natural variation of the stone (e.g., "The pattern is different from the photo"). Please embrace the unique piece that chose you.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is broken, damaged in transit, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at wxcheese@gmail.com with a photo, and we will make it right (Reship or Refund).

How to Start a Return

To start a return, you can contact us at wxcheese@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.
