Shipping & Energy Transfer

At CHeese Lab, we don't just ship products; we transfer anchors from our soil to yours. To keep our energy focused and our impact honest, we offer Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders.

Transit Times:

United States: 10 – 20 Business Days.
Rest of the World: 10 – 30 Business Days.

The Process:

Every stone is hand-picked and inspected at our lab in Shanghai. Once the order is confirmed, we initiate the "grounding" phase—cleaning, nourishing, and packing your anchor.

Tracking

Within 3-5 business days of your order, you will receive a digital signal (tracking number) to monitor your anchor’s journey across the Matrix.

Note: International shipping involves crossing many borders. While we aim for speed, we respect the rhythm of global logistics. Thank you for your patience.

Customs & Duties

Customers are responsible for any customs fees or taxes that may apply upon arrival in the US. (Though for small personal packages under $800, US customs usually do not charge duties).
